I achieved the challenging goals that I have set for myself. TASS made sure that I pushed through my limits. The sessions not only take care of your body in terms of strength and stamina but also our mental wellness too.

TASS is like family to me. The group sessions are so fun and it keeps us going. People like to come and do their sessions because of that.

The sessions have been really great and I have become much stronger than what I ever thought I could be. I realized how capable I am of things. What I enjoy the most is the interaction between the trainer and the client.

I have been training with ProAthlete for the past 9 months both online and physically. Since then they have helped me a lot to improve my strength and fitness. I have come a long way since I first started, it’s always fun training with pro athlete.

Initially I came to ProAthlete to find a solution for my cramping problems which was a huge huge hindrance for my performances on court. I worked with the team to find a solution and the progress has been really well.
They have given me individual attention and training. I have been able to extend the period of play and endure the pain and perform better on court without holding back. I really hope to continue working with pro athlete.

My daughter had an injury which no one could identify and treat effectively. Shehan was so good at listening, researching and treating it effectively. Thanks Shehan and TASS for you open mindedness!!!
