I just wanted to share my thoughts with you on my experience with TASS and I’ve been with them for about 3 years now. Prior to being with TASS my fitness levels and my attitude towards fitness was inconsistent. But by joining TASS I found the motivation which was missing as they were keen in providing that personal touch where individual goals were met. I’ve been doing group classes both outdoors and at the gym, these sessions however had a degree of individualisation and it has helped me improve my overall fitness, metabolism and general wellbeing. Further TASS has helped me feel good about myself and life in general because I’m fitter and healthier with an active lifestyle. They have a flexible schedule which can fit any lifestyle and my feeling is that it’s good to join a group like TASS specially with a degree of variability, flexibility and a specialty in exercise science.
