I started an exercise program because I love to run. But I had a very bad ITB injury, running without really understanding the science behind it. I didn’t know you needed strength training, recovery etc, so I found TASS and they really helped me get over it. It took them approximately 6 months to sort out my injury and to run a complete strength program. Then I completed my goal of running a full marathon which I always wanted to do, thanks to team TASS.
